At The Sacred Sigil, every piece is crafted with care and intention, made to order just for you. This approach ensures that each item is imbued with the attention and quality it deserves.

Production & Shipping

After your order is approved, please allow 4-7 business days for production. During off-peak months, most orders are processed within this timeframe and are prepared for shipping. During peak seasonal months, production times may extend to 9-12 business days on average before your order is ready for shipping.

Peak times may vary slightly from year to year. Generally, they include the dates listed below, with peak demand extending up to 10 days before and after each date. Please also keep in mind that shipping transit times contribute to overall delivery estimates.

Easter: Late March/Early April
Mother's Day: 3rd Weekend of May
Father's Day: 3rd Weekend of June
4th of July: July 4th
Halloween: October 31st
Thanksgiving: Late November

    We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. We stand by the quality of our offerings, and your satisfaction is our priority.

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Email us (at customerservice@thesacredsigil.com) with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will gladly offer a refund or a replacement at no additional cost. Please make sure to measure your space before placing your order. Because all of our pieces are made-to-order, once your order is placed it cannot be edited. Please note that we can only accept returns within a 14 day window if a piece is defective or damaged during transit.
